Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator

A measure of obesity is determined by the body mass index (BMI), which is calculated by dividing the kilograms of weight by the square of the height in meters (BMI = weight [kg] / height [m2]).

Overweight is defined as a BMI over 25. A person is considered obese if their BMI is over 30. You can determine their BMI with the calculator below. Using the BMI number, you can find out your body composition in the table below the calculator.

Your Weight from Pounds to Kilos = Divide the Mass value by 2.205 (example 300 Lb / 2.205 = 136.05 Kg)
